Carla Mudd

Carla is the owner and Principal Agent of Mudd Insurance Group and has spent more than a decade building an independent agency centered around personal service and long-term client relationships.
She is upbeat, personable, and always on the go. Carla genuinely enjoys getting to know her clients and their families. She believes insurance is about much more than selling a policy—it's about understanding what people need, helping them through changes and challenges, and being someone they know they can call when they need help. Going above and beyond for her clients is simply how Carla does business.
Carla is licensed to sell insurance in Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri.
Behind the scenes, Carla manages carrier relationships, supports and trains her team, keeps up with changing insurance products and underwriting requirements, and handles the many responsibilities that come with running an independent insurance agency.

Belle is one of the people who keeps Mudd Insurance Group running smoothly! Whether she's helping with insurance quotes, answering questions, coordinating office activities, or tackling something unexpected, Belle is always ready to lend a hand.
As a licensed Property & Casualty Agent, she enjoys helping customers navigate their insurance needs while making sure the details behind the scenes are taken care of. Her friendly personality and willingness to pitch in wherever needed make her a valuable part of our team.

Customer Service & Administrative Assistant
If you've called or stopped by Mudd Insurance Group, chances are you've talked with Libby! She's one of the friendly voices helping customers with payments, claims reporting, paperwork, and everyday service requests.
Libby also gathers information for insurance quotes and helps keep things moving throughout the office. With her welcoming personality, helpful attitude, and willingness to jump in wherever needed, Libby helps make sure our customers feel taken care of.
Abbey McMillen
Licensed Casualty Insurance Agent
Abbey brings a fresh perspective and a friendly attitude to Mudd Insurance Group. As a licensed Casualty Insurance Agent, she assists with auto insurance quotes and customer service when she's available.
Abbey is also pursuing her education at Quincy University while remaining part of our agency team. She enjoys helping customers understand their options and believes insurance doesn't have to be confusing when you have someone willing to help.
